Dual Containment Invert Tanks Campbell's Invert Tank Systems are designed and engineered to provide client's with a reliable invert tank unit that will improve efficiencies and provide a safer alternative to the existing 400 bbl option. • True double walled – self contained tanks • No burms & liner • Larger tank capacity – 525 bbl capacity vs. 400 bbl upright tanks • Added Safety features – 500 bbl warning & computerized shut‐off at 525 bbl – no more gauge malfunctions & extra personnel required • Safer to transport than the tradiSonal 400 bbl tanks • Easier to load & unload – no need for a picker truck • Lower setup costs & rig‐out • Quicker to setup with less tanks (higher fluid capacity) required, less space on site (smaller footprint)
The benefits are:
• True double walled – self contained tanks • No burms & liner • Larger tank capacity – 525 bbl capacity vs. 400 bbl upright tanks • Added Safety features – 500 bbl warning & computerized shut‐off at 525 bbl – no more gauge malfunctions & extra personnel required • Safer to transport than the traditional 400 bbl tanks • Easier to load & unload – no need for a picker truck • Lower setup costs & rig‐out • Quicker to setup with less tanks (higher fluid capacity) required, less space on site (smaller footprint) System dimensions
• Max tank volume = 550 bbl - At 500 bbl mark ‐ tank strobe light will flash - At 525 bbl mark – pump will shut down • Total skid length = 48’ 7” • Total tank length = 44’ 3” • Total unit width = 12’ 5” • Maximum height = 132’ 5/8” • Roof to Ground = 117’ 1/8”
System specifications:
• This is a TRUE double walled tank, there are no intrusions in the wall, all lines enter through the roof • The outer tank can hold 20% of the inner tank full volume if there is an over‐fill (75 x 120% = 90 cubic meters Max volume) • All tank walls are 3/16” thick • Tank floor is sloped to the front with a 2% slope • Two man doors are located on the roof, with ladders • 3” fill line • 3” circulaSon line • 4” sucSon line • Drainable drip tray under working area
